Every Biome in Scribble Craft Arena and What You Will Find There

The world of Scribble Craft Arena is made of eighteen biomes, each with its own ground, trees, plants and animals. The name of the biome you are standing in appears in the top-left corner. Here is a quick tour.

A cherry grove with pink blossom trees on a hillside

Plains, forests and meadows

Plains are open grassland with a few oak and cherry trees, flowers, cows, horses, boars, woolly sheep and chickens — and the most villages. Forests and birch forests are full of trees and wolves. Meadows sit higher up and are carpeted with flowers, and cherry groves are covered in pink blossom; their leaves sometimes drop cherries.

A dark forest with thick 2×2 tree trunks

Dark forest and taiga

The dark forest has thick two-by-two trunks and a roof of leaves so dense that it stays gloomy at noon — and its giant mushrooms are a good source of wood-free building blocks. The taiga is spruce country with patches of snow, wolves, foxes and rabbits. Further north, the snowy biome is covered in white.

A jungle with tall trees and hanging vines

Jungle and bamboo

The jungle has tall trees with hanging vines and is warm and wet. The bamboo jungle next to it is a sea of bamboo — the fastest fuel and building material you can find.

Hot and dry

  • Desert — sand as far as you can see, cacti, rabbits, and villages built from stone and sand.
  • Savanna — flat dry grass with bent acacia trees, cows and horses.
  • Mountains — high stone peaks with snow on top; the only place to find emeralds.
Mushroom fields with purple mycelium next to the ocean

Water, swamps and the rare mushroom fields

Large oceans and deep oceans cover about a fifth of the world, with sandy beaches along the coast and fish in the water. Swamps have shallow pools and oaks draped in vines — and slimes come out there at night. The rarest biome of all is the mushroom fields: purple mycelium ground with huge red mushrooms, usually beside the sea.

Where should you build your first base?

  • Plains or meadow next to a village — flat ground, easy animals, and villagers to trade with. The best choice for most players.
  • Forest edge — endless wood for building and fuel, with open ground nearby for a farm.
  • Taiga — beautiful and full of wood, but wolves and long nights in the snow make it a little harder.
  • Beside a river or lake — water for your farm and a quick way to put out lava when you mine.
  • Avoid swamps and deserts at first — slimes in swamps and very little wood in deserts make them better places to visit than to live.

Under every biome the same underground world waits: caves, ore veins, mineshafts and lava at the bottom. So wherever you settle, the best mining is always right beneath your feet.
